Bookings and Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If a cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe, the amount paid will be fully refunded, with only the payment card commission fees retained.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be eligible for any refund.

Cancellations by the Captain

The captain reserves the right to cancel the tour at any time if sea or weather conditions do not guarantee a safe outing.
In the event of a cancellation by the captain, the customer may choose between a full refund or rescheduling the tour for an alternative date, subject to availability.
